Will the cemetery accept a headstone purchased from you?
Yes, as long as the headstone meets their requirements they are legally bound to accept the memorial. You can purchase a headstone from wherever you choose.

Can the cemetery charge me an installation fee if I purchase from you?
The truth is if they charge an installation fee for a headstone purchased from an outside source, they must also charge if the headstone is purchased from them. You should not be penalized for purchasing from another dealer.

Who installs the grave headstone at the cemetery?
We are responsible for delivery and installation of the vast majority of markers that we sell. Currently, there are less than five cemeteries in our area who'll install the markers themselves.

Can I install the grave headstone myself and how?
It is recommended having the headstone installed by an experienced headstone/monument installer or the cemetery if possible.

What do I need to know before ordering a headstones?
The first and most important thing to know is what type of headstone can be placed in the cemetery. Most cemeteries have restrictions regulating the headstone. We can assist you in all aspects of designing and personalizing your mounument.

What is the difference between an at-need and a pre-need headstone?
An at-need headstone is purchased at the time of a person's death. A pre-need headstone is purchased when one or both of the persons on the headstone are still living. Pre-need headstones are purchased for a variety of reasons. The peace of mind gained by pre-arrangement, the desire to avoid loved ones having one more decision to make during an at-need situation, and the ability to avoid future cost increases are just a few of these reasons.

What is the average time it takes to prepare a memorial?
A memorial is typically ready for delivery  eight weeks from the time the order is finalized. Highly customized memorials may take longer.

How long does the average visit to your showroom take?
It may take an hour or more. Finalizing your memorial design may require more than one visit.
